We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, business contact details, account information, support requests, and the content your team submits to an Alliance workspace.
We may also collect technical information needed to operate and secure the service, including device and browser data, log records, IP address, authentication events, and product usage information.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Alliance, operate AI staff on your instructions, maintain workspace memory and action records, respond to requests, improve the product, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer workspace content to advertise to you.
AI processing
When AI staff performs work, relevant instructions and workspace context may be sent to the model provider configured for that agent. We limit that context to what is needed for the requested work and disclose current providers on our subprocessors page.
AI systems can produce inaccurate results. Workspace approvals and review controls are designed to keep people involved in consequential actions.
Sharing and subprocessors
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Alliance, provide requested integrations, secure the service, or comply with law. These providers act under their own contractual and privacy obligations.
We may also disclose information in connection with a business transaction or when reasonably necessary to protect Alliance, our customers, or the public.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Workspace owners may request account or workspace deletion by contacting us.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling it.
Security and changes
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, but no system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as Alliance evolves and will change the date above when we do.
