Using Alliance
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, the people you invite, and safeguarding access credentials.
You may use Alliance only in compliance with these terms, our acceptable use policy, and applicable law.
AI staff and outputs
Alliance uses artificial intelligence to assist with work. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and decisions before relying on them, especially where legal, financial, employment, medical, or other consequential matters are involved.
Approval controls reduce risk but do not replace your judgment or responsibility for actions taken through your workspace.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Alliance the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate and improve the service for you.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide content and connect third-party services to your workspace.
Alliance property
Alliance and its software, design, documentation, and services are owned by Alliance Software LLC and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your account is active; they do not transfer ownership.
Fees and changes
Paid plans, billing intervals, included capacity, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. We may change features or pricing prospectively and will provide notice when required.
Availability and warranties
Alliance is currently offered in private early access and may change materially. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Alliance Software LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to protect the service, other customers, or the public, or in response to a material breach. You may stop using Alliance at any time. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
